Sales Assistant

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products. Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions. Process sales transactions and handle cash and digital payments accurately. Keep shelves stocked, organized, and well-presented. Monitor inventory and report low-stock items to the management. Check product quality and expiry dates regularly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Follow company policies and contribute to achieving sales targets. Support other day-to-day store operations as assigned. Requirements & Skills Minimum SSC/HSC or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in retail or supermarket sales is an advantage, but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication and customer service skills. Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn. Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payment systems is preferred.
