Customer Service Executive(Night Shift)

Responsibilities 1. Contacting new and existing customers via idialer and Revechat, Micro SIP and CRM. 2. Providing product and service information to engage potential customers. 3. Closing sales and maintaining sales-related records. 4. Answering customer queries and resolving any issues they may have. 5. Preparing daily work reports and sharing them with the supervisor. Requirements & Skills 1. At least 1 years 2. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Call Center 3. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Minimum Qualification Requirements Hsc or a bachelor's degree. Experienced can get prefer. Minimum Experience 1 year
